Ways to work together Audit, Install, Care

Three ways to work together. Most people start with the first.

A Workflow Audit shows where your time goes and what's worth fixing. Some people stop there, and that's fine. Scope and cost are worked out on a free fit call, never on a price list.

One question each.

Each step answers the question you'd actually ask at that point, and each one is useful on its own.

START HERE

Workflow Audit

"Where should we start, and is this worth doing?"

  • We follow one real piece of work from start to finish
  • A map of how it runs today, and a shorter route
  • What to fix first, what it depends on, what could go wrong
  • An honest call: proceed, simplify, wait, or leave it alone

Useful even if you never buy an install.

THE BUILD

System Install

"Can you put this in place without creating another problem?"

  • Designed, built and connected to the tools you use
  • Tested against your real week, exceptions included
  • Written down in plain language
  • Your team shown how, on your own system

Handoff is included in every install. Never an upgrade.

OPTIONAL

Orkestr8er Care

"Who helps when this needs attention?"

  • A named person to contact, with clear response times
  • A short service report, and open issues you can see
  • Small adjustments within an agreed allowance

Bigger changes get their own scope and your approval.

How it goes.

Nothing gets built until you've approved the plan, and nothing goes live until your team has tried it.

  1. UnderstandFollow the real work and see where it stalls.
  2. DesignDraw the shorter route. You check it.
  3. InstallBuild and connect what was agreed.
  4. VerifyTry to break it before your customers can.
  5. HandoffDocs, training and the keys, all yours.
  6. CareOptional. Someone looking after it.

Who owns what, in plain words.

The short version. Each project's written agreement spells out the details.

Your business, your accounts

You control your business data, your accounts and the work we deliver.

Other companies' software

Tools like your calendar or invoicing app keep their own terms. We'll tell you what you pay them directly.

Leaving is planned from day one

If you go, we hand over what was agreed, remove our access, and write down who runs what.

What this is not.

  • Not an IT department for every device in the shop
  • Not a compliance or security certificate
  • Not a 24/7 emergency service
  • Not unlimited custom development

Fair questions.

Couldn't I do this myself with an AI tool?

You may be able to. Orkestr8er is for owners who want help deciding what's worth building, connecting it carefully, testing it against how the business really runs, and leaving the team able to use it.

Do you work with the software I already have?

That's the starting point. Sometimes the answer is a feature you already pay for, sometimes a simple connection. New tools only come in when the work needs them.

What does the fit call cost?

Nothing. It's a short conversation to see if this is a fit. No pitch deck.

What if you recommend doing nothing?

Then that's the recommendation. Sometimes the right move is to tidy a process first, or leave it alone. You keep the map either way.
