About Who you'll work with

I learned systems from millions of bees.

Before I automated anything, I kept bees. Fifteen years of it: hauling hive boxes from Hawaiʻi to North Dakota, running my own queen-breeding outfit in Mountain View, then managing inventory, shipping and field crews for commercial queen producers in Kona and Keaʻau. At peak we kept about 40,000 hives and moved some 400,000 live queens a year, shipped nationwide. Live cargo doesn't wait on a lost text.

Operations is where I cut my teeth. I built the daily and weekly crew schedules, kept the lineage, inventory and shipping records straight, ran the line between the office and the field on what to harvest and ship that day, and kept packing moving when the pressure was on. As field manager I reworked how our days ran, so the same problems stopped showing up every morning. And when it was my own operation, I was the whole org chart: field work, woodwork, sales, social media, landowner contracts, payroll, the books. Everything ran through me. So when I say I know what your week feels like, I'm not guessing.

Then I went and learned the tech. Fourteen IBM courses in generative AI engineering: Python, data analysis, machine learning, deep learning, LLMs and transformers, fine-tuning, RAG and AI agents. CompTIA A+ Core 1 passed, Core 2 enrolled. Now I build the systems myself: websites in Next.js and TypeScript, databases in Supabase, workflows in n8n, and the webhooks and APIs that tie your tools together, with a person approving anything that matters. The contact form on this site runs on the same kind of system I install.

Orkestr8er is fifteen years of operations plus the code to automate it. I find where your time leaks, build the fix with the tools you already use, hand you the keys, and stick around if you want me to.

  • The least access neededOnly the logins the job requires, removed when it's done.
  • Test before it's livePractice data first. Nothing touches real customers until it's been tried.
  • Approval where it mattersQuotes, invoices and anything with consequences wait for a person.
  • A manual fallbackIf a step fails, your team knows how to keep going by hand.
  • Secrets stay secretPasswords never live in ordinary documents or emails.
